2010 AMA Roadracing
Using the knowledge obtained in the 2009 AMA season Ronnie went back to the RSRacecraft race shop with one objective… to put this Pacific Northwest based race team to the front. The challenges ahead were a new brand, Ducati, a new rider, Veteran Steve Rapp, and a short amount of time. With the closure of Buell Motorcycle Company, George Latus & Ronnie had to switch manufacturers with very little time for preseason testing. Showing up at our 2nd Daytona 200 where a year ago it was our first AMA Pro road race was welcoming introduction. Pit stops practiced and bikes built we were confident we could give Steve Rapp the equipment needed to compete. And compete we did… all the way to the podium finishing 3rd. The season was one of many successes with 7 podiums, 4 of which were 2nd place, fast lap for the Daytona 200, and finishing fourth in the AMA Pro Road Racing Daytona Sportbike class.
